Welcome! My name is Patricia (Pat) Sheveland and I am so pleased that you are visiting my site. I am looking forward to sharing a little bit about me, but more importantly, I hope you will find value in the connection we are forming here. A connection to help you move forward on your path to have a life filled with purpose and joy!

The best way for me to describe myself is this way: I AM a Mourning’s Light for those who grieve, and I AM a Healing Guide, for those of you who are searching for a healthier mind, body, and spirit. I believe that we all hold the ability to heal ourselves. My role is to support and share tools that can help you become your very own personal healer!

I Help People Learn How To Heal Themselves!

My life purpose is to provide the love, support, insight, and some “hands-on” tools, helping my clients move forward with ease, to a healthier and more fulfilling life. Of course, every one of you is unique, which means you will have your own vision of what you want your best life to be. My job as your coach is to help you A.A.C.T. Today!®:

Assess. Adjust. Commit. Transform.

So what do I bring to the table? I am a Registered Nurse in the States of Minnesota and Colorado, a Certified Life Coach through the International Coaching Federation, and a Certified Trainer and Group Practice Leader for Spring Forest Qigong. I also am an ordained ministera motivational speaker, and an author.

Most importantly, as a daughter, wife, momma (to humans and dogs alike), grand-momma, friend, and business leader, I have personally experienced many life-changing events. I truly understand and “get it”, when my clients are sharing their stories and the challenges that arise within their lives.

Not a Damsel in Distress

I have been doing a lot of walking on the trail behind our home, now that the weather in Minnesota is providing ample opportunity to get outside and enjoy springtime. This past week, I have been surrounded by these beautifully sleek, black-winged dragonflies. They are so cool because when they hit the light a certain … Continue reading Not a Damsel in Distress

The Transformation…

Holy smokes! It has been two months since I have written a blog post! As my readers know, I like to post one to two times a month, and as you can see, I missed the mark for the past few months. So what has taken my attention away from sharing information that I think … Continue reading The Transformation…

Exploring for the Deeper Meanings

This past week ended up to be an eventful one for our family. My mother who is ninety-two years old had not been feeling well for the past couple of weeks. We noticed that she was gaining weight in her abdominal area and she was napping a lot more than usual. I took her to see … Continue reading Exploring for the Deeper Meanings
